Unfortunately we don’t have a business telephone line as we’re a small, family run business.
We don’t have the time to answer the phone whilst serving customers & kitties when we’re open, & we work full time jobs when we aren’t.
But we are available to answer queries via email & Messenger, as we can respond to these when our busy lives slow down for a few minutes.

If you wish to add another person to your booking, it is simply a case of making another booking for the additional person/people & this can be done at our booking page.
If there isn’t availability to book the available extra participants, you may need to reschedule to a time when there is.
Please don’t ask us to make exceptions & exceed our maximum capacity as this has been set to ensure our kitties aren’t overwhelmed & to try to keep the Catfe experience a calm, relaxing one.

If you wish to reschedule your booking, you can do so by using the link contained in the attachment from your confirmation email, but this can only be done up until 24hrs before your booking.
There are helpful instructions on how to do this at the bottom of our Before-You-Book page.
Please ensure that you use the reschedule link & not the cancel link, as we are unable to refund booking payments.

We only take regular Catfe bookings up to one month in advance.
Our private session bookings can be booked further in advance though, & you can do so by contacting us below.

Unfortunately we are unable to take bookings via email as the slot may not be available by the time we read the email.
Also, all bookings need to be paid for at the time of booking, so it’s best to book & check availability on our booking page.

Sorry, but no. For the safety of our kitties, food & drink from outside the Catfe is not to be consumed inside.
Food in the Catfe is served by us in a manner that allows it to be covered if one of our fur-babies gets too close.
We also try to cater for dietary requirements where possible - we offer soy milk as an alternative (sorry, no others as it would create waste) & we usually have gluten free & vegan cake options available.

Whilst we’d love to say that we’re making enough to pay lots of staff, the reality is that we’re a small business, run by family & friends with many of us going unpaid for the hours that we work.
If that does change however, vacancies will be advertised.

When we first opened, the Catfe was populated by cats that were fostered on behalf of a rescue.
As time passed, we found that some of the kitties we took in were happy with the Catfe atmosphere & other kitties, & formed their own family.
Even after we stopped fostering, we still took in kitties in need of homes, but we are now at the point where we simply don’t have the space or facilities to take in more cats.
There are several good rescues in most areas, & you should be able to find one that can help nearby by Googling “cat rescue near me”.
