Visiting our café incorporates a £5 per person per hour (including children) cat cover charge which goes towards all our cats’ welfare. Food & drink is billed at the end of your visit. Please note your booking fee is non-refundable, however, should you wish to change your booking date or time, please contact us 24 hours before or use the link on your confirmation email.

Children (over 6 years old only, including babies)

Unfortunately we can only allow Children over 6 years into the Catfé. Please note we only allow a certain amount of children in our Catfé at any one time, so please confirm how many children will be visiting when making your booking.

The Catfé is a calming & relaxing environment, so we ask for you to talk through the rules with your children prior to attending the Catfé.
